  Fluent C2/Native-level Dutch speaker with a solid, confident baseline in English (B1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate our international office.

• The Digital Native: You know your way around standard software interfaces, can troubleshoot your own home Wi‑Fi, and pick up new digital tools fast.
• Legally Set: You hold a valid EU Passport or full legal residency status allowing you to live and work under a Spanish contract.
• Roster Ready: Full flexibility to work a vibrant service schedule within our opening windows:
  Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Weekends 09:00–17:30. Specifically, you must be available for crucial peaks on Monday mornings, Friday evenings, up to 3 evening shifts per week until 20:00, and 2 weekend rotations per month.

• Flexible Contract Options & Pay: Work full-time or enjoy more free time to explore Spain. We offer flexible contract sizes ranging from 32 to 39 hours per week, with a competitive base salary of up to €2,094 gross/month (plus an extra 15% performance bonus every single month to boost your bank account).
• Paid Academy: 4 weeks of full-time, fully paid training (2 weeks classroom learning, 1 week on-the-job nesting, 1 week expert coaching).
• Work from Home Options: Spend your first 3 months building your foundational skills on‑site with your team. After that, unlock a flexible hybrid model (2–3 days per week from home based on performance).
• Summer Relocation Packages (July Arrivals):
