Customer Advisor Dutch

What will you do? As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.

In this position, you will provide proactive advice and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products.

We are looking for you, because you...

are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;

have prior experience as a customer service representative;

are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;

are fluent in Dutch and English;

would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in any other additional language of the list of additional languages below;

handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;

are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;

are living in Barcelona and are able to work in the office for at least 60% of your contract hours;

have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us!

a base salary of EUR 20,500 per year gross, based on a fulltime (40h per week) employment.

For fulltime employment, 40 hours a week, you will be working 5 days Monday to Saturday. Working hours are based on a rotating schedule, with 8-hour shifts assigned between 08:00 and 19:00 (one free hour). Not all markets require working on Saturdays; therefore, it might be possible that you will never have the option to work on that day. Working on Sundays or National Holidays are also a possibility: in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days!

Working on Sundays or National Holidays are always voluntarily.

Our head office is based in the Netherlands but with a growing customer base we've expanded our offices to Barcelona (Spain) and to Kraków(Poland). Our company is a part of a bigger group of lamplovers: LUQOM Group. Together with them we manage all of our customer service queries mostly in Barcelona and Kraków.
