• Transcribe medical audio recordings into accurate written reports.
• Review and edit transcripts for grammar, clarity, and medical accuracy.
• Ensure timely delivery of completed files while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Comply with all HIPAA and data privacy requirements for handling patient records.
• Communicate with the team to clarify any unclear medical terminology or dictations.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow the companys formatting guidelines.

• Proficient in English with excellent listening and typing speed (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic healthcare procedures.
• Familiarity with transcription software, foot pedals, and MS Office tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of medical transcription experience preferred.
• Freshers with medical transcription training or certification will also be considered.
