Your Role:
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and Develop Talent:
Coach cross-functional teams and oversee the full lifecycle of RN and LPN staff, from hiring and credentialing to performance management
Ensure Regulatory Excellence:
Drive audit readiness and clinical document quality to maintain strict adherence to all regulatory compliance standards
Cultivate Strategic Partnerships:
Maintain and expand key relationships with referral sources, physicians, and hospital systems to support organizational growth
Optimize Operational Workflow:
Streamline the end-to-end intake process—including lead response, conversion, and go-live scheduling—to maximize efficiency
Manage Financial Guardrails:
Own the accuracy of hours forecasting and payroll while maintaining strict oversight of daily operating budgets
Drive Data-Led Performance:
Develop KPI dashboards to monitor health metrics and implement swift corrective actions to meet operational goals

Minimum Requirements
Must be located in Mexico City, Mexico
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven team leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families, physicians, and partners
Proficiency in data tracking, dashboard reporting, and KPI-based decision-making
Experience managing compliance or operational audits

Preferred Qualifications
Background in clinical staffing management (RN/LPN, PDN, PCS)
Experience in SMB or startup operations
Familiarity with credentialing systems, EVV, and Medicaid workflows
Background in Healthcare, Clinical/Medical setting
Tools Used
Ring Central, Google Workspace, GHL, Adobe Fill & Sign, Care Bravo (EVV/Scheduling), Medicaid Portals
Compensation & Schedule
Earnings: $3,000-$3,500 per month (Based on Experience)

Monday-Friday, Full-Time
