Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Case Coordinator located in Mexico City. The Case Coordinator will be responsible for managing client cases from start to finish, ensuring effective coordination across related services, including medical, emotional, legal, and financial processes. Day-to-day tasks involve providing support to intended parents, maintaining clear and empathetic communication, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their parenting journey by liaising with various departments and professionals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Case Management and Social Work practices to support and manage client cases effectively.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide clear, supportive, and professional interactions with clients.
Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple cases and timelines simultaneously.
Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and discretion in handling confidential client information.
Prior experience in reproductive healthcare is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Healthcare is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
