Medical Billing Trainer (Fertility Industry) – Remote
We are seeking a Medical Billing Trainer with strong fertility industry experience to support software implementations, user training, and client adoption initiatives across fertility practices. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on fertility billing expertise with a passion for teaching, coaching, and helping users successfully navigate EMR/EHR platforms.

This is a fully remote position with travel requirements based on client implementation needs.

Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Primarily aligned with EST business hours.

What You'll Do
Deliver training and onboarding sessions for fertility clinic staff using EMR/EHR and practice management software.
Guide clients through software adoption, workflow optimization, and change management processes.
Support implementation activities and ensure successful user adoption of new systems.
Provide ongoing education, coaching, and workflow guidance to end users.
Accurately document client communications, training activities, and support interactions.
Collaborate with Implementation, Support, Product, and Client Success teams.
Help clients understand fertility billing workflows, insurance processes, and software functionality.
Troubleshoot user issues and provide practical workflow recommendations.
Manage multiple projects and training schedules while maintaining excellent customer service.
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of medical billing experience.
Direct fertility billing experience is required.
Experience working with U.S. insurance billing processes.
Strong understanding of fertility practice workflows and revenue cycle processes.
Hands-on experience using EMR/EHR or Practice Management Systems.
Experience training, coaching, onboarding, or educating users on software platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
English communication skills required.
Willingness to travel as needed for onsite client training and implementations.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous EMR/EHR implementation experience.
EMR/EHR Administrator, Super User, or Practice Champion experience.
Experience conducting software training programs or client onboarding initiatives.
Experience supporting fertility clinics, IVF centers, or reproductive health practices.
Familiarity with software adoption and change management best practices.

Travel Requirements
This position is fully remote with travel requirements.
Typical travel expectation is approximately one week per month.
Travel may increase to two weeks per month depending on implementation schedules and client needs.
During busy implementation periods, travel may be required every other week.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Fertility industry experience.
Fertility-specific billing experience.
U.S. insurance billing experience.
Strong EMR/EHR software user experience.
Ability to train and teach software workflows to end users.
Willingness to travel as required.
