Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Bilingual Healthcare Patient Outreach Specialist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will engage with patients to provide pre op and post operation support, schedule appointments, address inquiries, and ensure patients are well-informed about healthcare programs and processes. You will also work closely with healthcare providers and team members to deliver exceptional outreach and training, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Position Type:
Remote, work from home, should work in Pacific time zone.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish
- Prior experience working with Medical Clinics
- Great Customer Service Skills and ability to address patient concerns
- Training experience to educate patients and assist providers in healthcare programs and procedures
- Empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse patient needs

- Experience with technology, including electronic health records (EHR) and other health IT systems
