Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Bilingual Healthcare Patient Outreach Specialist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will engage with patients to provide pre op and post operation support, schedule appointments, address inquiries, and ensure patients are well-informed about healthcare programs and processes. You will also work closely with healthcare providers and team members to deliver exceptional outreach and training, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Position Type:
Remote, work from home, should work in Pacific time zone.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish
Prior experience working with Medical Clinics
Great Customer Service Skills and ability to address patient concerns
Training experience to educate patients and assist providers in healthcare programs and procedures
Empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse patient needs

Experience with technology, including electronic health records (EHR) and other health IT systems
