Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated junior professional who wants to develop their career in the Med Tech and IVD sector.
As a   Clinical Research and Regulatory Specialist   , you will support clinical research activities, scientific and medical writing, and the creation of documentation essential to product validation and regulatory pathways.
You will work closely with senior experts and multidisciplinary teams, gaining hands-on experience with clinical investigations, performance studies (ISO 14155 and ISO 20916), technical documentation, and clinical evidence development.
Ideal for candidates with  0.5–2 years of experience   in Med Tech, IVD, clinical research or R&D — or strong scientific backgrounds eager to enter the industry.
Responsibilities
You will:

• Support the preparation and execution of Clinical Investigations and Performance Studies

• Assist in developing study documentation (protocols, CRFs, ICFs)

• Collaborate with study sites and internal teams following   ISO 14155   and   ISO 20916   standards

• Handle study documentation and communication with investigators

• Assist with monitoring‑support activities and data‑related tasks

• Contribute to scientific and medical writing, including study summaries and evidence-based content

• Support literature reviews, background research, and documentation preparation

• Assist in drafting components of clinical evidence documentation under supervision

• Help coordinate project activities, timelines, and communication
You will receive structured onboarding, mentoring, and progressive responsibility.
You are not expected to know everything on day one — you will learn with us.
Requirements (Must‑Have)

• Based in Spain or eligible for a Spanish employment contract

• 0.5–2 years of experience in Med Tech, IVD, clinical research, or R&D

• Strong interest in Med Tech, IVDs, clinical research, and scientific development

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences

• Enrolment in or completion of a Master’s degree in Life Sciences

• Knowledge of GCP and clinical/lab standards

• Advanced English (C1–C2), especially for scientific writing

• Motivation to grow in a dynamic and international environment

• Availability for remote work with occasional in‑person activities
Nice to Have

• Exposure to   ISO 14155   or   ISO 20916

• R&D experience

• Regulatory exposure

• Academic research experience or authorship in scientific literature
