Your role in the teamYou will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and social media activities. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking; from content creation, campaign strategy, SEO, and paid media management, to collaborating with the Specialist responsible for Google and Microsoft paid campaigns. You ensure that the brand’s online presence aligns with strategic goals, drives engagement, generates leads, and maintains consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Yourresponsibilities
- You will bring digital strategies to live that enhance brand visibility, attract the right audience, and generate qualified B2B leads by effectively leveraging content, campaigns, and digital media.
- Manage social media channels (Linked In, You Tube) end-to-end – from posting and community engagement to boosting and reporting.
- Write creative, SEO‑optimized copy for posts, blogs, landing pages, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce campaign visuals and assets.
- Develop and maintain campaign‑optimized landing pages (Word Press).
- Plan and run external media campaigns, including paid articles and digital promotions, to increase visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct keyword research and on‑page SEO; monitor and improve performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar).
- Work with web developers to enhance UX and optimize conversion rates.
- Occasionally: document events and create quick‑turn videos or reels using smartphone tools and apps for social media purposes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and technology industries – essential. Applications with only B2C experience will not be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Word Press, Typo3, Hub Spot, and Mailchimp (or similar tools).
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Experience and understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising is a strong asset.
- Basic proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud would be an advantage but not required.
