Senior Product Designer

As a Designer at Accedo, you'll work closely with the biggest brands in the world to bring innovative streaming experiences to their consumers through Accedo's cutting edge products and services. You will be part of a flourishing global design team and get a chance to collaborate with colleagues worldwide, solving the most significant design challenges in the video‑on‑demand space.

In this role, you will support one of our amazing clients in Latin America, Europe, Africa, or the Middle East. You'll help drive the end‑to‑end design process for major components of consumer‑facing experiences: from research to ideation, prototyping to visual design across mobile, web and 10 FT devices.

Madrid, Spain

• Execute comprehensive design solutions and user experience flows, tackling every aspect from overall layout and information architecture to interactions and data visualizations
• Create high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Conduct hands‑on user research initiatives including planning and executing interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions, and develop design artefacts and frameworks such as journey maps and experience blueprints
• Develop and maintain design system components and documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity and conduct design QA throughout development cycles
• Facilitate dialogue around end‑user and business requirements
• Foster collaboration inside and outside the team, as well as evangelize and promote UX internally

• English online portfolio with a range of interactive samples and/or case studies supporting design studies you've supported
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and process‑driven skills in English; second language is an asset
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and research platforms such as Maze, Useberry, and other user testing tools
• Ability to represent project goals and concepts to a broader product team and other leaders clearly and succinctly
• High aptitude for collaboration and desire to constantly improve yourself and others around you
• Ability to adapt your design methods and approach to the needs of different clients and situations
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
• Strong understanding of developer handoff processes and implementation QA

• Minimum 5-6 years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping multiple products for large‑scale clients or companies
• Understanding of design tokens and their implementation within codebases, including implications for designer workflows and design‑to‑development handoff
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring cross‑functional teams together and drive effective collaboration
• Experience designing for international audiences (multi‑language localization), and accessibility for people with disabilities
• Experience designing for hardware products (TV, smart displays, etc.) and new interaction models
• Experience running qualitative user research and usability studies
• Basic understanding of data and analytics, with the ability to interpret user metrics and translate insights into informed product decisions
• Experience designing for motion and how it applies to UX
• Knowledge of AI and experience designing AI‑powered features, understanding how to integrate machine learning capabilities into user experiences while maintaining usability and transparency
• Previous experience collaborating with research teams in a client or agency setting
