As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of AI-powered products that create real value for our customers and business. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and defining strategy, to working with engineering and data teams to bring solutions to market.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role. You'll operate in ambiguity, structure complex problems, run customer discovery, make prioritization calls, and drive products from 0 to 1. You'll be working at the intersection of AI capabilities and real customer needs, ensuring every initiative is grounded in learning and measurable outcomes.

Be ready to join a company where collaboration is key. You will be expected to share knowledge and speak up, at the same time you have the ability to listen to others and consider their opinions. Software Engineers at Tymit work by squads in cross‑functional teams, applying good practices and agile methodologies.

• Own product strategy:
  Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI‑powered products aligned with Tym's strategic goals.
• Crack ambiguous problems:
  Turn fuzzy, complex ideas into clear product structures.
• Lead customer discovery:
  Run structured customer conversations to validate value propositions. Turn insights into testable hypotheses and converge on sharp ICPs and MVP definitions.
• Evaluate opportunities:
  Quickly assess new ideas for user value, strategic fit, and effort vs. learning. Compare opportunities and make clear calls on what to pursue now, later, or never.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering:
  Work closely with AI engineers to design solutions that balance ambition with technical feasibility. Understand AI/ML capabilities and constraints: hands‑on exploration of model behaviour, prompts, and system limitations.
• Drive execution:
  Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. Define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases with high quality standards.
• Communicate and align stakeholders:
  Share insights, decisions, and progress clearly across the organization. Build alignment around product direction and secure buy‑in from leadership.
