Puesto: Data Science & AI Training Specialist  or AI Skills Lead

For our Data Science team, we are looking for an AI Skills Lead to empower our Advanced and Senior Software Engineers to unlock the full potential of Artificial Intelligence within their roles. As our AI Skills Lead, you will be instrumental in driving AI adoption and innovation across our engineering teams. You will achieve this by designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip our experienced engineers with the knowledge and skills to effectively leverage AI technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development:
    Design and create engaging and effective training curricula, workshops, and learning materials focused on practical AI applications for software engineers.
  • Delivery of Training:
    Lead and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting your teaching style to suit the needs of experienced technical audiences.
  • Content Creation:
    Develop high-quality learning resources, including documentation, code examples, exercises, and assessments.
  • Needs Assessment:
    Collaborate with engineering and the DS teams to identify specific AI skill gaps and training needs.
  • Staying Current:
    Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Community Building:
    Foster a community of AI learners within the engineering organization, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Measuring Impact:
    Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the European tech landscape and relevant industry trends.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a data science, machine learning engineering, or related role.
  • Deep understanding of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely to technical audiences.
