~ We are seeking a Senior Test Case Writer with strong experience in the automotive domain—specifically Infotainment (IVI) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This role involves defining high-quality test cases, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and providing technical leadership to ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex IVI and ADAS system requirements and convert them into clear, comprehensive, and reusable test cases.
- Lead test design activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
- Review and validate test cases authored by peers, providing constructive technical feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers, system engineers, and validation teams to ensure requirements clarity and testability.
- Identify gaps in requirements, architecture, and design documentation and drive resolution.
- Ensure full traceability of test cases using tools such as Jira, Polarion, or Doors.
- Support automation teams by providing well-structured test case logic and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing activities.
- Work with global teams and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

Description:

- 5+ years of experience in test case design for automotive IVI or ADAS features.
- Strong understanding of automotive software development processes.

- Experience with CAN, LIN, UDS, or Ethernet-based automotive communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, DOORS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle complex system interactions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Description:

- Experience in automotive testing (IVI, ADAS, embedded systems, HMI).
- Knowledge of automotive standards (Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 - nice to have).
- Understanding of CAN, Ethernet, HIL test environments, or vehicle logs.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
