Your Remote Tech Recruiter is engaged with a leading Software Consultancy who are looking to recruit experienced Software Sales professionals into their growing hub in Barcelona, Spain. These roles are part of a large-scale recruitment drive, are all new headcount (i.e. you aren't replacing somebody!) and will form a key part of their strategy in Spain.
The organisation in question are global, operating across a range of verticals in key technology areas including AI, Cloud, Data, Digital and Engineering. They're also people-driven, with a reputation for prioritising company culture and a commitment to people development and DE&I.
Role OverviewIn terms of these roles, they're essentially looking for experienced Sales Team Leads to join their new Barcelona-based hub. Each Sales Team Lead will be in charge of 10-15 Sales Account Managers, with a range of responsibilities including people management, strategy, relationship management, KPI analysis and target setting.
Simply put, you'll be expected to take ownership of quotas, drive performance and generate revenue.
Key Requirements- Sales Leadership - Strong leading teams of high-performing Software Sales professionals in the Tech/SaaS space.
- Budgets & Revenue - Proven track record of managing Sales budgets, quotas and using data/KPIs to drive performance.
- Client Management & Business Development - Proven track record winning (and managing) customers in the Tech/SaaS space, including new business development, relationship management and account management (both existing logos and new logos).
- Software - Experience using Sales management Tech including Salesforce and Hubspot, as well as internal communication tools such as Teams, Zoom and Slack.
- Communication - Excellent communication skills are a non-negotiable, and applicants must be able to speak English fluently. Preference will also be given to applicants who can speak multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Dutch, German).
In return, you'll be given the opportunity to take up a key strategic role within their Spanish expansion, with a base salary up to €78k (plus up to €52k commission), and an expected OTE of up to €130k. Commission is uncapped, so over-performance will be recognised.
Applicants will be required to be on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week (this is NOT a fully remote role), but they do operate a hybrid working model with home working included.
