This key role involves transforming client requirements into precise technical and economic proposals, and designing the functional documentation necessary to guide the development team.

The primary function involves preparing offers for various technologies, estimating work packages for ongoing projects, and elaborating project documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers and commercial teams to develop offers based on client requirements or PPTs.
• Analyze documentation to convert it into technical and economic scope.
• Define planning, estimate hours and cost, and prepare the final offer document.

• Work with business and development teams to identify and document functional requirements.
• Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture user and business needs.

• Estimate necessary efforts and resources (hours, phases, dependencies).
• Coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure viable deadlines.

• Create detailed functional documentation: use cases, user stories, flow diagrams, technical specifications.
• Design functional solutions that meet quality standards and facilitate implementation by the development team.

• Demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst or similar roles.
• Solid foundation in software development (practical knowledge of Java, frontend, and/or PHP).
• Experience in CMS (Word Press, Drupal, or others).
• Ability to prepare technical and economic offers (estimates, scope, planning).
• Skills to lead interviews/workshops with stakeholders.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational skills necessary to produce clear, reproducible, and maintainable documentation.

Valued Skills: Knowledge in UX, experience in Agile environments, and handling tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
