We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing design function. In this role you will manage workflows for designers, ensure clear scope definition, and align priorities with Product and Development teams.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
• Translate product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefs.

• Oversee website launches and updates, including coordinating design, content, and development changes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across digital touchpoints.
• Manage content updates across CMS, landing pages, and marketing platforms in collaboration with designers and developers.

• Establish and refine processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and clarity within the marketing design workflow.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role.
