YourRole
We’re hiring a Customer Solutions Consultant specialising in sports science to join our new Customer Solutions team. You’ll be a bridge between our elite customers and our product, providing pre‑sales expertise, professional services and product innovation to some of the world’s top sporting organizations.
In this role, you’ll focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 elite clients, helping them solve complex performance problems through our Pro Suite solutions, specifically WIMU. You’ll listen to customer needs, advise them on high‑performance workflows and share insights back with our internal teams to help shape the future of Hudl products.
As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you’ll:
- Support the sales journey. Partner with AEs and CSMs to identify growth opportunities, join discovery meetings and build technical relationships with key accounts.
- Drive professional services. Help customers move toward strategic alignment by designing and delivering custom solutions that improve their performance workflows.
- Innovate and prototype. Use customer feedback to build rapid prototypes, influencing the Elite product roadmap and testing new features before they hit the market.
- Educate and empower. Create customer‑facing content like webinars and eBooks, while also training our internal sales teams to better understand sports science and human performance.
This role requires 3 days in the office per week, so we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Barcelona or Chiavari.
Must‑Haves- Human performance expert. Deep, hands‑on experience with high‑performance workflows in professional sports, particularly in sports science and human performance.
- Technical consultant. Experienced in pre‑sales consulting and professional services within a SaaS environment, with the ability to translate complex client needs into technical solutions.
- Strategic collaborator. Ability to win trust and influence stakeholders across disciplines, from Engineering and Product to Sales and Marketing.
- Data fluent. Comfortable managing data to find insights and a solid understanding of foundational sales metrics like revenue, pipeline and retention.
- Pro Suite proficient. Strong working knowledge of Hudl products, specifically WIMU, Sports code and Wyscout.
- Languages. Fluent in English, Italian and French.
- Multilingual. Ability to speak more than one language is a strong advantage.
- B2B SaaS background. Experience in a fast‑paced SaaS company and understanding of scaling processes and user adoption.
- Global perspective. Experience working with or for international sports organizations and understanding the unique nuances of different global markets.
