We are looking for a Jr Technical Recruiter to join a collaborative global recruiting team, supporting the identification and placement of technical talent for enterprise organizations in Mexico and the US. Work Type:  Hybrid, 2 times per month at the office
Act as a brand representative for STAND 8 in all candidate interactions.
Identify, engage, and recruit top IT talent through networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and creative outreach strategies.
Utilize job boards, Linked In, Boolean searching, and social media platforms to source qualified candidates.
Collaborate effectively with team members across global locations to achieve hiring goals.
Minimum 1 year of end-to-end IT recruitment experience.
Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and sales-oriented conversations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
