🧩 Your roleWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager - iGaming with a strong background in iGaming to manage and grow relationships with key operator clients. This role sits at the intersection of account management, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth, ensuring our partners achieve maximum value from our products and services.
You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating internally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams while proactively identifying opportunities to expand revenue and improve performance.
🛠 Key responsabilitiesMerchant Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned iGaming merchant accounts
- Lead regular merchant check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning calls
- Ensure high merchant satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success
Onboarding, Risk & Compliance
- Own merchant onboarding from contract signature to go-live together with the Integration Manager
- Coordinate KYC/KYB, underwriting, and risk approvals
- Act as the bridge between merchants and the internal Risk, Compliance, and Integration Manager
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and scheme requirements
Customer Success & Performance
- Own client onboarding, activation, and ongoing success
- Monitor KPIs such as the number of monthly transactions, MoM Growth, revenue, and feature adoption
- Proactively identify risks and address issues before escalation
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
Commercial & Growth
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Own commercial performance of accounts, including transaction volume and revenue growth
- Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and use incentive programs and tools to drive higher monthly transaction volumes
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client trust
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with BD on new opportunities within existing accounts
Internal Coordination
- Represent the merchant internally across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and clear prioritization of merchant needs
- Feed merchant insights back into product roadmap and operational improvements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Direct experience in iGaming (payments, casino, or platform provider)
- Strong understanding of iGaming ecosystems, operators, and KPIs
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zone differences
- Availability to travel if required to meet customers during trade shows or conferences
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with experience driving revenue growth
- Crypto payments experience
