Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Technical Support Specialist, located in Cascais, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing technical support to clients using the Comm Voice.ai platform, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing system performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Daily tasks include handling support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, assisting with system integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and enhance user experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address system issues effectively
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through clear and timely assistance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge in AI technologies, voice systems, or CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in hybrid settings and manage multiple priorities
