** About you
** You are an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional who enjoys working in complex, consultative sales environments. You are confident engaging senior stakeholders, understanding technical concepts, and building long‑term strategic partnerships that drive real business impact##
** Day‑to‑day, you will:
*** Identify and develop high‑value partnership opportunities with hospitality technology providers (PMS, VRMS, CRS) across international markets.
* Lead in‑depth discovery and qualification conversations with C‑level, technical, and product stakeholders to understand business and integration needs.
* Own and manage a strong pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and high‑quality handovers to Account Executives.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams, while mentoring junior SDRs and contributing to sales process improvements.##
** Your skills and experiences might also include:
*** 3+ years of successful experience in BDR/SDR or inside sales roles within B2B SaaS, ideally in hospitality tech, proptech, or enterprise software.
* Strong knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN or similar) and confidence working with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
* Ability to clearly explain technical concepts such as APIs, SaaS platforms, and integrations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Fluent English communication skills; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese) are a strong advantage.  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
