Your Mission & ImpactAs a Senior IT Asset & Service Management Specialist
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and compliance of IT assets and services across a global environment. Your expertise will directly influence operational excellence, cost optimization, and user satisfaction within high‑impact international initiatives.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Contribute to the management and optimization of the IT asset and service portfolio.
- Implement and maintain IT service management processes and tools to enhance delivery and performance.
- Analyze and report on IT asset and service KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support efficient and effective IT service delivery.
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, compliance, and ITIL best practices.
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Asset & Service Management (Senior level).
- Proven expertise with ITIL frameworks and IT service management methodologies.
- Experience managing high‑volume IT assets (non‑negotiable).
- Strong organizational and financial management abilities.
- Solid background in project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Experience working in a global environment and collaborating across teams.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to guide internal teams and end‑users.
