As a Senior IT Asset & Service Management Specialist
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and compliance of IT assets and services across a global environment. Your expertise will directly influence operational excellence, cost optimization, and user satisfaction within high‑impact international initiatives.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Contribute to the management and optimization of the IT asset and service portfolio.
• Implement and maintain IT service management processes and tools to enhance delivery and performance.
• Analyze and report on IT asset and service KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

• 5–10 years of experience in IT Asset & Service Management (Senior level).
• Proven expertise with ITIL frameworks and IT service management methodologies.
• Experience managing high‑volume IT assets (non‑negotiable).
• Strong organizational and financial management abilities.
• Solid background in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience working in a global environment and collaborating across teams.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
