We’re looking for growth‑oriented analysts to drive audience expansion across up to 40 countries.

The Marketing & Growth team is one of the largest and most dynamic, working closely with nearly every department to drive visibility, engagement, and business impact.

As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies for Fever’s entertainment market expansion, designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams while collaborating across departments to enhance overall company performance.

• Contribute to a key market’s growth and development.
• Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line, showcasing the value you bring.
• Lead global projects that shape the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance company performance through cross‑department collaboration on new plans and events.
• Define and establish strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.
• Create, develop, and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, and strategies.
• Work with people and projects across different markets, focusing on new experiences in a large international setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics or business role.
• Background in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
• Excited about fast‑paced, constantly evolving work.
• Advanced English speaker required;
  Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
