We're looking for a Google Channel Lead to build and scale Google into a real growth engine for our new and emerging brands ay Google is underused relative to its potential - your mission is to turn it into a primary acquisition channel alongside Meta.
This is a build role, not a maintenance one. Google is a tech-heavy channel: winning means making the algorithms, signals, and measurement work for us - not just running campaigns. You'll own the channel end-to-end across multiple brands, set the technical and strategic foundations, push spend up the funnel into Demand Gen, PMax, and You Tube, and build and lead the team that delivers it.
You'll start with a small team (currently two) and grow it as the channel scales, with a path to shape Google across the wider Kilo group.
Build and scale the Google channel across a portfolio of new and emerging brands - own the strategy and roadmap from tracking foundations through to demand‑gen scaling, and drive the channel toward becoming a primary acquisition source.
Lead, hire, and grow the team
. Manage and mentor your specialists (starting at two), build out the team as the channel grows, set standards, share best practices, and own performance.Set the channel's measurement requirements and partner with our tracking team
. Define what Google needs to perform - the conversions, signals, and account structure - and work closely with the tech team's tracking experts, who own the technical build (server‑side tagging / Google Tag Gateway, offline conversion uploads, consent management, Ads Data Hub). You make sure the setup feeds the algorithms what they need.Move spend up the funnel
. Scale Demand Gen, PMax, and You Tube as genuine performance channels with ROAS and incrementality discipline, while keeping Search as a reliable baseline.Partner with brand CEOs, Marketing Managers, Creative Leads, and Tech Developers to design scalable, high‑performing account structures that convert through Google.
Own the Google partner relationship
. Represent Kilo with our platform partner - extract best practice, early access and innovation, pursue co‑funding/support, and drive adoption of what matters across the group based on business impact.Stay hands‑on for high‑stakes technical and strategic problem solving when it counts.
Have a proven track record building and scaling Google as a major acquisition channel (not just operating it), with depth across Search and Demand Gen / PMax / You Tube.
Bring deep technical fluency in how Google actually works - bidding, signals, attribution - enough to define measurement requirements and collaborate effectively with a dedicated tracking team that owns the technical implementation (server‑side / Google Tag Gateway, offline conversions, consent, Ads Data Hub).
Be a strong people manager - you’ve built, hired into, and led performance teams, and you raise the level of the people around you (2+ years of people management).
Have 6+ years in performance/growth marketing with deep, current Google expertise.
Have e‑commerce / DTC demand‑generation experience and understand how to scale acquisition for subscription and e‑commerce business models.
Be able to drive complex initiatives to a successful conclusion and manage stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a matrixed, portfolio‑style organisation.
Be data‑literate
: fluent in attribution models, campaign analytics, and incrementality testing.
Experience in health & wellness B2C; working knowledge of additional channels (Meta, App Lovin).
SalaryGross salary range is 5500 - 7000 EUR/month.
