As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

• Contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line, showcasing the value you bring.
• Lead global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across departments through new plans and events.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.
• Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies and specific department growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences in up to 40 countries.

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics or business role.
• Background in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Skilled in leveraging big data and analytics tools for strategic business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
• Excited about working in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Advanced English speaker; proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
• Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
