IT STARTS WITH YOU

DIAM – Information Security

PURPOSE:

Enable adidas’ strategy, innovation, and growth by delivering a seamless and secure digital identity and access experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Operate and enhance IAM services in Entra
  • Drive automation of identity lifecycle (JML, provisioning, governance)
  • Implement IGA capabilities
  • Support secure, scalable, standardized IAM solutions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • College or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in the relevant technical area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
  • Specific technical skills (role‑dependent):
  • Identity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM)
  • SSO & application integration (SCIM, REST APIs)
  • Hybrid Identity (On-Prem AD & Entra )
  • Nice to have technical skills:
  • Conditional Access & Zero Trust concepts
  • AI‑assisted coding
  • Dev Ops mindset with ownership of the IT process from development/testing to deployment phase.
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Ability to cope with change, make decisions, and act comfortably when confronted with risk or uncertainty.
  • Proactivity and “team player” attitude, with strong problem‑solving skills, hands‑on approach, and a growth mindset.
  • Passion for software engineering and development, with a strong Software Quality attitude, always looking for best quality solutions.
