Automation Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Optimize and manage IT operations tools, monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions.
• Improve Service Now workflows, CMDB quality and operational reporting capabilities.
• Enhance monitoring and observability platforms, reducing alert noise and improving event management.
• Automate patching, compliance reporting and recurring operational activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and KPI metrics for service reviews and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Power Shell, Python and Ansible
• REST APIs and Tool Integrations
• Service Now ITSM & CMDB
• Centreon and Azure Monitor
• SCCM and Intune
• ITIL v4 Framework
• Dashboarding and Reporting Solutions
• Monitoring, Automation and Observability Platforms

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as Power Shell, Python and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM and CMDB administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Workplace:
  Hybrid (Madrid)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
• Work Schedule:
  
  12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
