Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own our global marketing technology ecosystem. The candidate should be highly analytical and systems-oriented, bridging the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution to build a scalable data framework that connects marketing investment directly to pipeline development and revenue.

• Mar Tech Integration & Automation:
  Own the architecture, technical workflows, and data integrity of Hub Spot and its integration with Salesforce to ensure seamless contact tracking, web enquiry capture, and automated contact-to-account matching.
• Attribution & ROI Frameworks:
  Implement, govern, and optimize Salesforce Campaigns and Campaign Influence. Build global reporting models and dashboards to clearly distinguish between Marketing-Originated and Marketing-Assisted pipeline.
• Global ABM Operational Support:
  Build and maintain the tracking infrastructure for Smadex's global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy across priority account tiers (HV+, HV, and Tier
  3), providing visibility into account engagement.
• Lead Lifecycle Optimization:
  Standardize lead capture, qualification, and routing processes globally. Partner closely with Sales Operations, IT, and regional sales leadership to monitor lead follow-up timelines, eliminate operational gaps, and maximize conversion rates.
• Team Training:
  Act as the internal champion for our Mar Tech stack, training regional marketing teams on Salesforce campaign management, tracking standards, and attribution reporting.

• 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience configuring Salesforce (specifically Campaigns, Campaign Influence, reporting/dashboards) and Hub Spot (advanced automation workflows, lifecycle stages, and integrations).
• Proven track record in B2B Marketing Operations, ideally within AdTech, SaaS, or highly technical B2B technology environments.
• Strong proficiency with digital tracking methodologies, including website analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and UTM parameter architecture.
• Exceptional analytical and data-management skills with the ability to translate strategic commercial requirements into practical, automated technical configurations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, IT, and regional marketing).
