Are you fluent in Danish and have a strong grasp of English (minimum B2 level)? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? We’d love to have you on our team, assisting a company that focuses on guarantees and insurance for electronic devices.

What Will You Do?

Your mission is to receive calls and provide expert support for managing coverage related to potential incidents affecting customers' electronic devices.

What We Offer:

Attractive Salary:
Earn a competitive salary of €22,000 gross per year.
Temporary

Contract:

4-month duration with genuine opportunities for extension.

Work Hours:

39 hours per week.
On Site Training :
Training within the contract that will be in English.

Schedule:

Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00.
Remote   :
This is a remote position, with offices in Seville (Los Remedios). On-site availability for training and the first months is a plus.
