We are hiring an Operations Specialist – Live Delivery & City Operations to join our core operations team.
This is a fully remote role based in India, supporting U.S. delivery operations and working primarily during U.S. business hours.
You will be responsible for real-time delivery execution across multiple U.The role requires fast decision-making, operational judgment, and ownership during high-volume service windows. You’ll work closely with the COO and senior leadership to improve processes, maintain performance, and scale operations nationally.
Live Delivery & Dispatch Operations
Manage daily dispatch and live delivery execution across assigned U.Assign and adjust delivery routes based on timing, capacity, and availability
Monitor deliveries in real time and resolve issues as they arise
Reassign routes or resources to maintain on-time performance
Partner closely with Driver Engagement, Restaurant Operations, and Account Management teams
Quality Control & Decision-Making
Review delivery proof, timestamps, and compliance with operational standards
Make fast, sound decisions during high-volume service windows
Track KPIs including on-time delivery, incident resolution, and route efficiency
Independently managing live delivery operations across multiple U.Becoming a trusted escalation point during peak service windows
Improving on-time performance and reducing delivery incidents
2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or last-mile delivery
~ Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and web-based tools
~ S. business hours

Work closely with the COO and senior leadership team
Remote-first, globally distributed operations team
