The Role  ALOHAS is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the next phase of international growth. The CCO will be responsible for driving all revenue-generating activities across wholesale, retail, franchise/partnerships, and omnichannel commerce. This is a senior leadership role with the mandate to design the commercial strategy, build scalable structures, and lead high-performing teams that can deliver growth across geographies and channels.

The CCO will bring both analytical discipline and entrepreneurial energy, ensuring that ALOHAS continues to scale profitably while staying true to its brand values.
Your Challenge  Commercial Leadership   Define and implement the global commercial strategy across all channels.
Own the commercial P&L, balancing growth with profitability and brand positioning.
Lead, mentor, and scale a strong commercial organization covering wholesale, retail, and partnerships.
Wholesale & B2B   Set the global wholesale growth strategy, with focus on scaling premium multi-brand and department store presence.
Develop frameworks for agents, distributors, and showroom partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand and financial objectives.
Ensure key account management is professionalized and consistent, with strong sell-through and ROI discipline.
Retail & Expansion   Lead the rollout and performance of retail stores worldwide, ensuring financial and strategic impact.
Oversee retail operations KPIs, customer experience, and omnichannel integration.
Manage franchise and joint venture partnerships, safeguarding brand and commercial standards.
E-commerce & Omnichannel   Partner with digital and marketing teams to align assortment, pricing, and channel strategy.
Strengthen omnichannel integration across retail and online for a seamless customer journey.
Execution & Performance Management   Establish reporting, forecasting, and dashboards to monitor growth and margins.
Build commercial systems and processes that support rapid international scaling.
Success KPIs   Revenue growth across channels and regions.
Contribution margin (CM4) and EBITDA performance.
Wholesale sell-through and market penetration.
Retail productivity (€/sqm, €/FTE, payback per store).
Partner and franchise performance vs. benchmarks.
Strength and scalability of commercial organization.
You will rock at this role if you have   10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Proven experience scaling businesses across retail, wholesale, and partnerships, with strong international exposure.
Strong commercial acumen: able to balance top-line growth, margin control, and brand equity.
Inspirational leader with ability to attract, grow, and retain top talent.
Comfortable in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments with global ambition.
