** Partners Account Executive
** for the
** Spanish Market
** in our Madrid offices to help us boost the company to the next level.
** The Role
** We are looking for a
** Partners Executive for the Spanish Market
** to join the Sales team and convince our potential clients that Factorial is the best solution for their HR management. We are focused on effectively
** positioning the product
** and
** personalizing
* * relevance uniquely per customer, throughout the entire sales process.

What will you be doing:
* Responsible for
** managing the full Sales cycle**, from lead qualification to the closing and effectively developing the customer experience.
* ** Identify**,
** navigate,
** and
** support
* * prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the
** whole sales cycle to a point of close**.
* Creatively develop effective account plans and
** strategies
* * to meet and
** exceed sales*
* ** quota**.
* Establish and regularly conduct high-level
** negotiating
* * with C-Suite and VP
-Level Executives.
* Think creatively and utilize
** consultative selling techniques
** to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
* Provide a reliable and accurate
** forecast
* * of activities and
** revenue
* * achievement to sales leadership.
* ** Collaborate
* * daily with
** internal teams** (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
* This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in our offices daily
** on-site**, with the
** flexibility to incorporate remote working according to mutual needs
** and agreements.
