The roleWe’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in our Spanish market.
As an SDR at Perk, you’ll focus on filling our sales funnel, qualify leads, and engage potential customers. You’ll join a high-performing and collaborative sales team, selling out all-in Travel and Expenses platform that makes business travel, expenses, and admin easier for teams. Whatwill you be doing?
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social touches to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Sales Executives, connecting with decision‑makers like Office Managers, Finance, Operations, and Travel Managers.
- Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate the Perk value proposition.
- Keep Salesforce up to date with prospect information and interactions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation and awareness strategies.
- You’re an excellent communicator and presenter, Spanish Native Speaker and fluent in English;
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with potential clients;
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle;
- Being a goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor, but bearing in mind you are part of a team;
- Possess a customer‑centric mindset;
- You are proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads;
- You must have legal authorisation to work in Spain.
