As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you will become a part of our global team. The role is based in Mexico and intended for B2B / Independent contractor cooperation model
Your field of responsibility will be:
Act as primary point of contact for customers, providing professional support throughout ongoing
commercial cooperation
Serve as customer contact for multiple time zones, primarily U.S. based customers, ensuring timely and
effective communication
Manage and process purchase orders including order entry, validation, modifications and follow-up
Coordinate closely with sales team and production to support timely and accurate products delivery
Ensure clear, timely and professional customer-focused communication aligned with U.S. business practices and expectations
Perform general administrative and office tasks related to customer and sales support

Requirements:

Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales Support
Willingness and ability to cooperate on a B2B / independent contractor (professional services) basis
Availability to support customers in U.S. time zones, primarily Central Time, with coverage across East to West Coast
Advanced English proficiency for direct, customer-facing communication
Experience working with U.S. customers or in international environment, is a plus
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results without direct supervision
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
