Job Title:
Executive Sales Representative
Pay Rate Linked In style:
Part-Time Monthly Rates: $1,000 - $1,280 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)
Full-Time Monthly Rates: $2,000 - $2,560 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)
The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $12,5 - $16 depending on level of experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule will vary depending on the job position that you will apply for as it will be based on the schedule requested by the client. All our clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in the U.S. time zone.
Job Summary:
The Executive Sales Representative will support U.S based companies by engaging leads, building relationships, and helping drive revenue through a structured and consultative sales process. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, following up consistently, and working with clear goals. Candidates with experience in sales or other customer facing roles are encouraged to apply.
Job Tasks:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social media, and CRM databases.
Lead
Qualification:
Evaluate prospect needs and determine fit for the company's products or services.
Sales Conversations:
Explain products or services through short demos or guided calls, focusing on understanding needs and offering solutions.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate notes, activities, and follow ups in a CRM to keep the process organized.
Negotiation & Closing:
Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build trust with prospects and customers through professional communication and consistent follow up.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to refine strategies and enhance conversion rates.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn and improve.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Experience with B2B or B2C sales processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet connection.
Must be at least 21 years old.

CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar.)
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
