Account Executive DACH
-100% Remote What Will You Do?
As a member of Smartpricing’s Sales team for the DACH Market, you will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2024. You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions. You will support the sales team in the expansion of Smartpricing in the DACH market (Germany, Swiss German and Austria) through activities of:
- Sales negotiation – you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects, articulating our value proposition and creating enthusiasm.
- Participation in trade fairs and events – Smartpricing is present at all major national trade fairs. You will attend 1–2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
- Business Development – you will proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
- Data analysis and regular reviews – you will hone your analytical skills by critically reviewing your pipeline using advanced sales tools.
- Reaching the monthly target – your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
- German language – Mother Tongue or C2 level
- Good English skills B2 level – We want you to understand and interact with others effectively.
- Team player with winning mentality – You consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota and support colleagues.
- Data‑driven thinking – Skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence.
- Desire to learn – Willing to receive field coaching sessions and read books on improving sales skills.
- Experience in the role – At least 3–5 years in a sales team (SaaS, software, services) with proven target achievement.
- Organization – Pays attention to detail, plans agenda meticulously, updates CRM timely.
- Productivity – Strong motivation to sell into the SME market with short, intense sales cycles.
- Work in a small, top‑performing team that moves extremely fast and values your input.
- Work without dealing with jerks and ego‑maniacs.
