How you’ll make impact

In this role, you will directly contribute to shaping the future of sustainable crop protection in Spain, driving market adoption, supporting product launches, and strengthening Certis Belchim’s technical excellence and reputation across the region.

About your job

As a Technical Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in accelerating sales and providing expert technical guidance across your region. The scope of this role covers North East Spain, including Aragón and Catalunya, where you will act as a key technical and commercial reference for Certis Belchim.

Your contribution will directly support our plant protection portfolio, covering both conventional and biocontrol solutions, as well as our biostimulant business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to further develop our solutions in alignment with market needs in Aragón and Catalunya.
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients, influencers and key stakeholders in the North East region.
  • Being a sales accelerator for the PPP portfolio and supporting biostimulants within holistic IPM programmes.
  • Leading strategic development and commercial projects within your assigned territory.
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of regional market dynamics, customers and competitors.
  • Implementing IPM protocols across relevant crops in your area of responsibility.
  • Ensuring continuous connection with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting product development before, during, and after launch to ensure strong regional market performance.
  • Executing company strategy using KPIs to guide direction and monitor success.
About you

You will thrive in this role if you recognize yourself in the following:

  • A degree in Agricultural Technical Engineering or Agronomy, with experience in crops, IPM, pests and diseases.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in technical sales or customer-facing advisory roles.
  • Residence within the North East of Spain (Aragón or Catalunya), allowing close proximity to customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Strong knowledge of the local agricultural market, including key customers, influencers and decision-makers within Aragón and Catalunya.
  • Proven experience in sales consulting, customer service, and technical support.
  • Strong technological aptitude, including use of computer systems and databases.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle conflicts professionally and find constructive solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and impactful presenter.
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management.
  • Strategic mindset: able to plan, prioritize, and align with key KPIs and company objectives.
  • Fluency in Catalan is essential, as a significant part of customer and stakeholder interactions takes place in this language.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with English required for collaboration within the international organization.
