Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets and build a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to generate interest in Remote Pass's services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points, crafting compelling messages to secure meetings.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for account executives or sales managers.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance sales techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with prospects and build rapport.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for sales, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
