Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new and existing strategic key accounts with a strong focus on revenue growth and long‑term partnerships
  • Increase share of wallet through solution selling, portfolio expansion, and platform‑based engagements
  • Develop and execute mid‑ and long‑term (1/3/5‑year) account strategies
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new key accounts and business opportunities
  • Build strong multi‑level relationships with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead complex negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Support, Marketing, and Operations
  • Act as the primary customer interface, proactively managing expectations and resolving escalations
  • Align customer needs with Moxa’s product roadmap and value proposition
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a comparable technical discipline
  • Several years of experience in selling networking and/or computing solutions
  • Proven track record in key account management or complex enterprise sales environments
  • Strong ability to combine technical understanding with commercial execution

Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
