- Re‑engage former merchants with cold calls to close, retain, and grow deals.
- Optimize campaigns to drive revenue and keep businesses thriving.
- Build strong relationships by understanding each merchant’s unique business.
- Problem‑solve questions and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Hit and exceed sales targets while making merchants smile.
- Native/Bilingual English speaker (spoken and written).
- Success in a sales environment (cold‑calling and upselling? Bonus points!).
- Experience supporting merchants or customers.
- Problem‑solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask like a pro.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with patience and integrity.
- Adaptability—you think fast and tackle challenges head‑on.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs (a plus).
