We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy SaaS Sales & Tech Enthusiast to join a fast-paced, remote-first environment. In this role, you will focus on driving inbound sales growth, generating new leads, and delivering engaging product demonstrations. You will play a key role in showcasing software solutions while providing excellent customer service, optimizing outreach campaigns, and closing deals. The ideal candidate thrives on challenges, is highly organized, and enjoys collaborating across teams to achieve measurable results.
You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, upselling existing accounts, and continuously refining sales strategies. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, innovative environment.
- Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through email, phone, and other inbound channels.
- Advise customers on solutions and build strong relationships through professional, consultative interactions.
- Conduct online product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Prepare email sequences, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Create, negotiate, and close offers with potential customers, including upsell opportunities.
- A/B test approaches to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong rapport-building abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer needs effectively.
- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and SaaS tools.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience giving online demos and working with diverse clients and industries.
