  • €30,000 base salary + €15,000 OTE uncapped commission
  • Remote within Spain (after onboarding in Madrid)
  • 3 weeks onboarding in Madrid (accommodation provided)
  • German (C2) + English (B2) required
About the role

We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company helping over 10,000+ e-commerce businesses improve conversion rates through an advanced search and product discovery solution.

This is a full outbound, full-cycle sales role with ownership from prospecting to closing.

You will work remotely from Spain after onboarding in Madrid.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle (outbound focus)
  • Identify and contact new e-commerce prospects in DACH markets
  • Conduct discovery and product demo calls
  • Close deals and negotiate commercial terms
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Work with clear KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (closing experience required)
  • Experience in outbound or high-volume sales environments
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role
  • Native / C2 German (mandatory)
  • B2 English minimum
  • EU passport or valid work authorization for Spain
  • Currently living in Spain (no relocation support)
  • Full-time availability
Compensation
  • €30,000 base salary
  • €15,000 OTE uncapped commission
  • Permanent contract
