Sales Analyst - Internship; X​/M​/W

Intern – Sales Support, Barcelona office. Your mission will be to ensure the operational management of sales in conjunction with the Key Account Manager, ensuring the optimal collection of brand elements (offer, price and final stock), analyzing the offer and supporting the KAM activity.

• Activity 1:
  Analytical Management
  • Analyze the offer and recommend to buyers to ensure attractiveness.
  • Prepare offer analysis for the salesperson, covering composition, key categories, volume per reference, and cross‑checking with previous sales.
  • Catalogue information: references, sizes, colours, reference code, category, shipping fees strategy.
  • KPI analysis: purchase price, retail price, sales price, product margin, discount, taxes; comparison with previous sales details such as price, sell‑through, operation code, date, logistic flow.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence (manual or automated).
  • Provide pricing and margin recommendations to buyers and content manager to optimise the offer in terms of range, stock and price and to put it online.
  • Generate sales reports, analyse improvement levers and propose actions for the next operation.
• Activity 2:
  Commercial Management
  • Prepare presentation materials for brand meetings with reports, and participate if necessary.
  • Support the commercial process up to the closing of the operation.
  • Daily support in the commercial relationship with the brand (calls and emails).
• Activity 3:
  Operational Management
  • Ensure good operational management of sales in direct relation with the commercial partner.
  • Coordinate contractual management with partners and manage possible first‑level disputes.
  • Transmit details of the commercial offer to the Data Coordinators to ensure data integration.
  • Guarantee the safety of sale data by ensuring the offer, final prices and stocks are received on time, working with the content manager.
• Activity 4:
  Inventory Tracking (if required)
  • Sales returns management.
  • Inventory optimisation: internal breakdown, management of reinjections.

• Bachelor or Master student (or graduate) in ADE, Economics or similar.
• Can‑do attitude and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both speaking and writing.
• Autonomous and time‑responsive to reporting deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Adaptable in a changing environment full of ambitious challenges.
• Eligible for an internship; available for at least 6 months full time.
