MISSION

We’re looking for a doer, relationship-builder, and growth-driver to join our Regions team
. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go‑to person for our top‑tier restaurant partners, making sure they thrive and win with us.

Also, you will have responsibility and ownership of several cities in your area, define and pursue long‑term strategy for the cities in terms of growth, promotions, advertising, and operations.

THE JOURNEY
  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (partner meetings and business reviews).
  • Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promo negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, conversion rate, cross‑selling and upselling).
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc.).
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by ensuring we always deliver the best service to our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • At least 3 years of experience in high‑performance and fast‑paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top tech companies).
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus.
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office and Excel.
  • Native Spanish and English skills.
  • Strong commercial skills and customer obsession: persuasive in a pleasant manner and able to sell any solution that adds value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management: find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi‑disciplinary challenges with great critical thinking.
  • A data‑driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
