Puesto: Business Development Representative (DACH)

Your mission

At deskbird, you’re not joining a volume-driven outbound machine, you’re stepping into a company where your impact is visible from day one, your progression is tied to performance (not tenure), and your work directly shapes how we scale across Europe.

You’ll be at the heart of our DACH expansion strategy, partnering closely with Demand Generation and Sales to build pipeline, shape regional growth initiatives, and directly influence our success in the market.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Barcelona, Berlin, or Munich hub.

In this role you will

You’ll have real responsibility, not just activity metrics:

  • Build and execute outbound strategies across the DACH market (calls, email, Linked In)
  • Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored, relevant messaging
  • Create pipeline that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards
  • Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads
  • Experiment constantly: test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance
  • Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale

Language requirements:
Native German + strong English (additional languages are a bonus)
