The Role
We’re looking for a resilient and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team in Barcelona and help us grow our presence in the Portuguese market.
What you’ll do- Own the early stages of the sales cycle: prospect, research, and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, Linked In, campaigns and other outreach channels (expect ~60–80 touchpoints per day).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads coming from marketing or other internal teams.
- Book high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.
- Provide feedback to AEs and Marketing about lead quality, persona trends and blockers.
- Maintain pipeline organized and up-to-date in Hub Spot.
- Test new messaging, share learnings, and iterate based on what works.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and professional English.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, BDR or similar roles—ideally in SaaS or digital environments.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and structuring smart conversations.
- Highly resilient, proactive and tolerant of frequent rejection.
- Well-organized and able to manage own pipeline and priorities.
- Strong communication skills—clear, persuasive, confident.
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot) and platforms such as Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with or selling to the Portuguese market.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and/or qualifying inbound/predictive leads.
- Experience building and iterating outbound campaigns.
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced SaaS or startup environment.
- Fast‑growing, collaborative sales team based in Barcelona.
