Remote Partner Growth Manager: Build Partnerships & Revenue

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to help expand our network of business partners in Egypt and play one of the key roles in our company's growth.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with existing partners, bring in new ones, and help increase their trading activity. • Proactively identify, attract, and onboard new partners while retaining, nurturing, and expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners—addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring they receive full support in achieving their business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with internal teams such as marketing, loyalty campaigns, and events.
• Represent the company at industry events, including expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars; this may involve occasional short-term travel.
• Support both new and existing partners in increasing their trading volume in USD.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs set by management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and surpassing targets.

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development within a financial services company working for Egypt country
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment
• Proven experience in achieving results in international markets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage confidently at all organizational levels and with diverse client profiles (both retail and institutional)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a holistic vision for business development
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build consensus
