As an onboarding specialist, you will be the driving force behind welcoming and activating high-potential businesses, helping them maximize their paid digital advertising strategies. Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

In this role, your daily routine will revolve around:

  • Strategic Consultation: Guiding a portfolio of newly registered business clients through their initial setup and building high-converting pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Proactive Outbound Sales: Initiating targeted outbound calls to understand client business goals, introduce premium features, and deliver customized ad solutions.
  • Campaign Architecture: Designing structured, results-oriented advertising campaigns built for immediate performance and sustainable returns.
  • Revenue Development: Driving increased client investment by identifying and pitching relevant cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Data Administration: Methodically logging, tracking, and updating client profiles to keep our internal database completely accurate.
  • Active Pipeline Management: Interfacing with a high volume of prospective and existing business owners daily via phone channels.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications Core Skill Set & Education
  • Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native fluency (C2-level) in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • CRM Systems: Solid experience managing client life cycles and leveraging CRM data to optimize the customer journey.
