Autism Services Intake Coordinator

The Autism Services Intake Coordinator plays a key role in supporting families seeking ABA therapy by managing intake workflows, reviewing required information, and ensuring readiness for care.

This role requires hands‑on experience in ABA or autism services and strong coordination skills. You will balance administrative accuracy with compassionate communication, helping families feel supported while keeping intake records complete and organized.

Spanish‑speaking ability is a strong advantage due to the population served.

• Coordinate intake for new ABA patients
• Review referrals, intake forms, and required documentation
• Communicate intake progress and requirements to families
• Maintain accurate records in intake and tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intake gaps
• Use Spanish when appropriate for family communication
• Ensure intake workflows remain organized and timely

• Required: Experience in autism services, ABA coordination, or behavioral health intake
• Strong organizational and follow‑through skills
• Clear English communication (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working with intake systems and workflows
